Our Tinies Maternity Desk is there to provide you with help and advice on finding the right maternity solution to match your family's requirements. You may be confused as to what type of maternity nanny you are looking for: could it be a 24/6 maternity nanny who lives in your home, or would you prefer a daily maternity nanny who comes to your home but does not stay over? You may be a single parent who needs help with household chores as well, in which case we may suggest that a doula would be best for you.
Once we have discussed your needs and requirements, then we will source the best candidates for you. We personally interview all our maternity nannies, and they are required to carry out a CRB Enhanced Disclosure (a police check). We check their references, go through their CV and experience, and we also insist on seeing at least 3 forms of identification. Our maternity nannies tend to be well known by Tinies, as we will have placed them in the majority of their positions over the years.
We will help you with interviewing your nanny, and discussing your requirements with them, and then deciding on which maternity nanny to take. We will provide you with draft terms and conditions for you to agree with your maternity nanny, and we are always on hand to provide legal advice if you need it.
