Our Mobile Creche & Events Services

We will tailor our service to suit your event, and your budget. We offer an extensive range of toys, games and activities to suit all age groups from babies to teenagers.

We ensure that every childcare detail is right on the day, from early set up through to the final minute. To achieve this we guarantee you the following:

• Following your enquiry we will discuss all options with you on the phone and provide you with a written quote
  
  
• For exhibitions and large events we will visit the venue and discuss your needs and requirements and inspect the facility for suitability. For small events we will obtain details of the facilities and liaise with the venue direct to ascertain suitability
  
  
• For all creche and events we will conduct a risk assessment at least 7 days in advance
  
  
• When required we will liaise with Ofsted to obtain registration
  
  
• Once booked all parents can be sent our policies and pre-registration details to save time on the day
  
  
• We can provide the client with the operational plan in advance
  
  
• We can provide clients with a copy of our insurance in advance on request
  
  
• Our manager will liaise with the venue and client on the day to ensure all operational requests are met
  
  
• Our team will arrive in uniform at least 1 hour prior to the event for an operational briefing
  
  
• Out team will decorate the room with Tinies balloons and provide all children with a small gift on departure if agreed by the client
  
  
• Provide a fun time for everyone...
  

Babysitting
For events continuing into the evening we can either operate the creche facility or provide guests with a babysitting service in their hotel rooms.

Entertainments
We can arrange additional entertainment if required. We have a fantastic network of Face Painters, Clowns, Magicians and Puppet Companies who work with us at many events around the country.

Themes
Tinies can work to a bespoke theme and deliver games and activities to compliment the theme and provide all children with suitable gifts. If props and back-drops are required we can source and liaise with the supplier direct to guarantee a magical wonderland when children arrive.
